Zinepal

Zinepal is an online eBook creator. It creates eBooks in ePub, Kindle, Mobipocket and PDF formats from blogs, feeds and other web content.

Commentica

Commentica is a commenting web service. It allows you to comment on any web site using a simple JavaScript toolbar button, even if that web site does not provide its own commenting system. Commentica uses the Disqus commenting system embedded in an iframe to provide this functionality. Read more about my motivations here.

File Type Manager

File Type Manager allows you to manage Windows file types, actions and shell extensions. I wrote this a long time ago in Visual Basic 6. It is still popular today due to the limited file type management options available in Windows Vista and later.

Taginator

Taginator is a simple tool to write MP3 tags based on file name templates. For example, if all your MP3 files are named in the format "Artists - Title.mp3" you can use Taginator to automatically set the MP3 tags based on such a template. I wrote this a long time ago in Visual Basic 6.

Linux & Gnome

In university I spent some time developing open source software for Linux and Gnome. Specifically I worked on the Nautilus file manager and the Gnome panel in the early Gnome 2.x releases. I contributed a number patches that fixed bugs, improved functionality or added new features. I also worked on the Direct Rendering Infrastructure for X Windows by creating a website for them and writing driver packaging & installation shell scripts.
